                            The pairing of meat and fish on one plate may sound somehow unusual in Europe, while in America and Australia, this duo is no longer met with skepticism. In fact, surf and turf has become a very popular steakhouse favorite. According to legend, this special dish was the brainchild of a West Coast restaurant owner in the late 1960s—simply combining the two most expensive dishes on his menu and coming up with the name surf & turf. In this course, we go even further: an exceptional Caesar salad and a heavenly brownie ensure an unforgettable gastronomic experience.
