As you all know, one of the most typical ingredients you find in a traditional Italian kitchen is pasta. Above all, homemade pasta, in all its various forms is the staple of authentic Italian cuisine! During this cooking class, you will learn the traditional techniques to make your own homemade pasta. After our pappardelle-tagliatelle-farfalle making course, you will definitely be able to surprise your friends with new skills and delicious meals, drizzles and garnishes.

  • Farfalle con due creme e gamberi / Farfalle, zucchini- almond cream, prawns
  • Pappardelle alla bolognese / Fresh pappardelle, meat ragout
  • Tagliolini alla carbonara / Carbonara with fresh pasta

Gerenal infos

Cooking is hands-on, with each pair preparing the full menu in small batches. Our cooking sessions typically last about 3 to 4 hours and accommodate around 10 participants. The menu usually includes 3 to 7 courses/dishes. Food can be enjoyed during the course or taken home in small containers.

Our adult courses are designed for participants aged 18 and above, but we are happy to welcome children aged 12 and older when accompanied by an adult.
