With over 20 years of experience as a chef in Hungary and across Europe, he has proven his skills in comfort food, soul food, and street food. A nature lover and enthusiastic fisherman, he has a passion for meats, game, and fish. He is also well-versed in Balkan, Austrian, and German cuisines.
