Robi has more than twenty years of experience in hospitality, whether it is kitchen work, high school vocational education or owning a business. A lover of grilling and BBQ, beef is unavoidable on the front, but nevertheless, he throws himself into the maelstrom of meat-free and fish dishes with great pleasure. He is constantly improving his knowledge because he believes that as a father of four children, he is always motivated to invent new dishes, experiment, refine the good ones and add the perfect ones to the recipe library.
