Robi has over twenty years of experience in the hospitality industry, including culinary activities, secondary education teaching, and managing his own business. He is passionate about grilling and BBQ, excelling particularly in beef preparation, but he also enthusiastically dives into the world of meat-free and seafood dishes. As a father of four children, his knowledge continues to evolve as he finds inspiration for creating, experimenting with, and perfecting new dishes.
