Nicola comes from the land of Prosecco, in the province of Venice. Originally trained as an engineer, she switched careers to become a chef after discovering her talent for making fresh pasta. Love brought her to Budapest, but she continues to follow her passion for Italian cuisine. She studied as a chef and sommelier, and owned a small Italian bistro before starting her career as a freelance chef.
