Nicola is coming from the land of prosecco, Valdobbiadene, Veneto, North Italy. He is originally an engineer, but changed profession to chef, as he realized he talented he is to making fresh pasta. Love has brought him to Budapest, but he continues to pursue his passion to pasta fresca. He has worked in Italian restaurants like the famous Due Spaghi before starting his freelancing carrier as a private chef.
