                            When searching for famous Turkish dishes, you'll find simit, red lentil soup, pide, baked rice pudding, and eggplant dishes. Each Turkish region has its own ingredients and cooking techniques, but these dishes are found nationwide, often with variations. They represent Turkish cuisine as a whole. Their preparation involves ingredients uncommon in Hungarian cuisine but essential in Turkish cooking, such as eggplant, olives, pepper paste, red lentils, mint, and cumin.
