Are you interested in learning about the super side dishes you can prepare to perfectly complement sous vide-cooked meats, without overpowering them? Come and discover the wonders that low temperature and long cooking time can do for meats. Today, we'll demonstrate this using chicken breast and salmon, and we'll even use the sous vide technique to prepare a dessert! We'll thoroughly review all the technical and technological details, including meats, vacuum sealers, bags and films, and sous vide baths. After this, using it at home will be child's play!
