                            Georgia is simultaneously European, Mediterranean, post-Soviet, and Asian. It’s an amazing country, a hidden gem that many of us are just starting to discover. The Caucasus Mountains and the Black Sea are wonderful, but it’s not just a place for hiking or beach-going; it also excels in gastronomy. With excellent climate conditions, advanced agriculture, a rich wine and brandy culture, and most importantly for us today, a very rich cuisine. There are great salads, exciting spreads and dips, fantastic breads, and soups.
