What do we call fusion cuisine? Fusion cuisine is a style of cooking in which elements from different cultural and regional cuisines are combined to create new and exciting flavours and dishes. This cooking style allows for experimentation and reinterpretation of traditional foods, and we invite you to join us on such a culinary exploration! It's incredible how well diverse cuisines and ingredients fuse. Come, let's try it out together!

  • Pork steamed in coffee, licorice root sauce, granny smith (China and Italy)
  • Kumara, spinach, feta tortilla & sumac yogurt (Spain, Middle- East)
  • Ginger poached deer, parmesan sauce and broccoli couscous (Europe and Maghreb)
  • Pomegranate, panna cotta, pear and basil jelly (Middle- East and Italy)

Gerenal infos

Cooking is hands-on, each pair preparing the full menu in small batches. Our cooking sessions last about 3 to 4 hours with typically 10 participants. The menu contains 3 to 7 courses/dishes. The food can be eaten at the course or taken home in small containers.

Our adult courses are targeted for adult participants, but we are happy to receive children as attendees over the age of 12 years with an adult.
