Making bonbons is creative and fun, where you learn about chocolate's properties, uses, and techniques. In this course, we’ll master shaping, cream and chocolate ratios for truffles, and tempering. We’ll create Earl Grey, coffee, marzipan, and nutty bonbons. Once you try it, you won't stop!
