Nguyen Lien
Lien was born in Hanoi and her journey led her from Moscow to Hungary, which has been her home for the past 30 years. She feels a strong connection to Hungary, but her heart also pulls her towards Vietnam, where she maintains close ties with her family there. During the day, she works in technical and natural sciences, and in the evenings, among other activities, she unwinds through cooking. She delights not only her friends but also the guests of Chefparade with exquisite Vietnamese, Thai, and Southeast Asian dishes.
