Márk formerly served as the head chef of a running sushi restaurant chain and now manages his own Asian restaurant. Throughout his culinary adventures, he has primarily favored Asian countries, particularly East Asia: China, Korea, and especially Japan. Besides cooking, he also enjoys exploring the world of diving, immersing himself both literally and figuratively.
