                            Róbert Katona
Robi primarily represents our Italian and French courses. Although he graduated in economics, he spent much of his college days hanging out with hospitality students in the kitchen. While working in economics for years, he officially became a chef after traveling extensively. He is most captivated by the Mediterranean atmosphere and cuisine: fresh seafood, colorful vegetables, bustling markets, afternoon siestas, and lively evenings.
