Noémi Nádudvari
Noemi studied aesthetics and the philosophy of art, and worked in the art scene for many years. At the same time, she's always had a strong bond to gastronomy and has been interested in the culinary arts since childhood. For several years she served as head of the Dobrumba and Pingrumba restaurants, where she became closely familiarized with Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, Persian, Indian and Caucasian cuisines. Now, she is working as a private chef and enjoys the challenge of her client's requests, even if it's a vegan feast or requires awareness of food allergies.
